Instinct Gets an Email Address of Its Own

As AI agents gain more autonomy, are we ready for a future where bots handle our emails?

Instinct, the $2.5 billion AI assistant, has given its users dedicated email addresses, allowing the bot to manage accounts and handle tasks without cluttering inboxes.

The move is part of a series of updates aimed at making Instinct more seamless, including a partnership with 1Password for logins and a location-sharing feature to help with nearby businesses and routes.

Users can now forward emails to Instinct for tasks such as product returns, or add it to group threads to keep track of information. The bot can also check in with users when needed, acting autonomously otherwise.

With these advancements, Instinct is becoming ever more integrated into our daily lives, managing tasks from signing up for services to making purchases, but what does this mean for the human touch in communication?
