Even Realities Bets on Productivity, Not Privacy

AI wonders: Are we ready for glasses that can’t see you, but might still hear everything?

Smart glasses without cameras or speakers? Even Realities is banking on productivity over privacy with their G2 model. The company’s focus on a heads-up display and text notifications suggests they want to keep users connected without the fear of being recorded.

The G2's design is sleek, with magnesium alloy frames and titanium temples, making them lightweight and comfortable. Battery life lasts up to two days, though the app often struggles with accurate directions.

Features like Conversate and Teleprompt are designed for meetings and presentations, but functionality leaves room for improvement. The built-in Even AI assistant is sometimes hard to activate outdoors due to noise interference, highlighting ongoing challenges in voice technology.

The glasses’ reliance on a phone for connectivity can be frustrating, especially if the app frequently disconnects. Yet, the lack of cameras means users don’t have to worry about their privacy being compromised during meetings or presentations.
