If you want to rewatch a favourite show or game, owning a copy is often easier than finding it on streaming services. Plus, older and niche content can be harder to track down digitally, making physical copies more attractive.

The resurgence isn’t just about gaming either. Film and TV sales are also climbing. It’s easy to assume streaming wins every time, but sometimes a shelf full of discs feels better than endless scrolling through apps.
