Rockstar shares GTA VI's gritty preview on YouTube

It's like watching a movie in a video game, but you can't skip the cutscenes.

Rockstar has officially published its 'extended look' at Grand Theft Auto VI on YouTube and its website. The nearly 27-minute preview focuses on atmosphere, protagonists Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, and locations in the game, rather than diving deep into specific mechanics. There are brief sections showcasing gameplay, including shootouts and police chases. The game is set for release on November 19th, priced at $79.99.

Initially premiering on Netflix, the video allowed creators to post reactions before the official upload, making it more accessible. Despite its length, the preview feels more cinematic than typical video game trailers. Other outlets have provided more detailed insights on gameplay that weren't included in the video.
