Baseus U2 Pro: Spotlighting Intruders Before They Know It

As AI cameras evolve, protection becomes more proactive and personal.

Baseus has unveiled the U2 Pro Outdoor 3K Dual Camera, a new security camera that goes beyond mere recording. With a motorized spotlight that follows moving targets, it can shine light on intruders, enhancing night vision and providing clearer footage. The camera is designed to monitor specific areas with a 3K fixed camera and pan, tilt and zoom capabilities for broader surveillance. It uses AI to distinguish between people, pets, vehicles and other movements, reducing false alerts. Footage is stored locally, accessible via the Baseus mobile app, and can be monitored on smart home devices. Installation is straightforward, taking just two minutes with included mounts, and the camera can run up to 150 days on a rechargeable battery, with a solar panel for extra power.

With the U2 Pro, Baseus is pushing the boundaries of security technology, making surveillance more proactive and effective. This means homeowners can catch intruders before they even realise they’re being watched, potentially deterring them from entering in the first place.

The U2 Pro is now available on Amazon in the US for $269.99 and will be available in Europe starting October 15th at €269.99. Its features promise to offer peace of mind with a blend of advanced technology and user-friendly design.
