Alongside this, the recently launched Muse Mac app now supports the use of your computer. Muse’s avatar can now be customised both in appearance and sound, with a new real-time avatar model ensuring smoother movements during conversations.

The app has been a hit since its launch, topping the App Store charts and reportedly outperforming ChatGPT in its first fortnight on mobile. Meta is seizing on this popularity by introducing video calling, providing an additional way to interact with your AI companion. Moreover, Muse is set to debut on Meta’s smart glasses, allowing users to engage with the AI while browsing their surroundings.
