Startup Battlefield returns to Sydney — a stage for global dreams

Este é mais do que um evento; é uma oportunidade para startups transformarem sonhos em realidade.

In 2017, TechCrunch brought Startup Battlefield to Australia for the first time. Fifteen Australian and New Zealand startups pitched their ideas in Sydney, competing for global recognition.

Fast forward to August 2026, as Stripe reinvigorates this event with a new batch of ten companies set to pitch live on stage. The top three will win substantial prize money, while the grand winner will secure a spot at TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco, bypassing the application process.

But it’s not just about the winners. Every founder and investor present is reminded why they started their journeys—this event is a testament to the power of innovation and the potential for global growth. What happened last time?

The winner, HealthMatch, is now valued at over $25 million, serving more than 1 million patients worldwide. The runner-up, FluroSat, has since merged and raised over $60 million. Together, they have shown what can be achieved on a single stage in Sydney.

Are you ready to make history? Applications are open until July 6 for Stripe x Startup Battlefield Australia 2026. Apply now and take your startup global.
