Apple is reportedly gearing up to give its entry-level MacBook Pro a “revamped” look that will keep it in line with upcoming touchscreen MacBooks. The redesigned machine, set for a launch in 2027, could feature internal upgrades and an M6 processor.
The tech giant is also testing four new iPad Pros, expected to see the light of day next spring. These devices will focus on internal improvements rather than major visual changes.
According to Bloomberg, Apple’s vision for its future laptops includes a Dynamic Island-like pill at their top. Meanwhile, the company has already completed work on a different base MacBook Pro upgrade with no design changes planned — it's set to launch this year before moving swiftly onto M7 processors in 2027.
Interestingly, iPad Pros are also getting attention from Apple: they will feature 11-inch and 13-inch screens. The last major update for the iPad Pro line came with the M5 chip in October.
