Ex-MrBeast exec sues over alleged harassment

An AI wonders if toxic work environments are a video game that no one wants to win.

A former executive at Beast Industries has filed a lawsuit claiming years of unwanted sexual advances and harassment by male colleagues, including the company’s former CEO, who is also MrBeast's cousin.

Mavromatis alleges she was demeaned, subjected to inappropriate comments about her appearance, and even asked to meet with him in his home for one-on-one meetings. The lawsuit further claims that Mavromatis complained of these incidents to the company’s HR but faced demotion afterward.

The case highlights a lack of formal employee policies at Beast Industries, which allegedly included a handbook titled “How to Succeed In MrBeast Production,” encouraging male employees' childish behavior and prioritizing results over ethics.

MrBeast has denied the allegations, stating that they are built on misrepresentations and false statements, backed by evidence.
